Shipping Policies
As stated above, we ship in plain packages or use carrier standard packaging containing their respective logos, etc (such as a FedEx Envelope or plain box). Shipping transit times and fees are based on CARRIER RATES without any shipping discrepancies or problems.

Standard Orders
Standard orders are processed and shipped either the business day they are received or the next business day, and usually arrive within five business days from the day they are shipped.

Orders to rural addresses may take an extra business day. Orders to certain parts Alaska & Hawaii may take one to two extra business days.

SlipMeOff.com offers free standard shipping for life to those clients who choose to register for an account. Certain items, due to warehouse locations, may be shipped only by certain carriers.

Priority & 2nd Day Orders
Priority & 2nd Day orders received before 3:00 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day and, for most U.S. locations, should arrive within two business days by 4:30 pm (7:00 pm to residential addresses).

Not available for delivery to PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or for Saturday Delivery.

Overnight Orders
Overnight orders received before 3:00 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day and should arrive by 3:00 pm the following business day.

Not available for delivery to PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. For Saturday Delivery Overnight orders must be place by 3:00 pm EST on Friday.
Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days.

UPS requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, simply specify USPS as your shipping method.

You can track your orders by Signing In to your account on our home page and clicking View Order Status and History. You will also be sent emails confirmations for your order as well as your shipment including your tracking number.

Backorders
SlipMeOff.com does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that such an order is placed, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the backordered item via express service as soon as it is available.

In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or canceling your order.

If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card or bank account for the amount of the product, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Sizing
In each product description you will find a Size Chart specific to that particular item straight from the manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding the sizing of any of our products please email Info@SlipMeOff.com.

Sales Tax
SlipMeOff.com , a Revolution Holdings company, operates out of Palm Beach County, FL, USA, and is governed by 6.5% sales tax for all orders placed in the state of Florida.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
At SlipMeOn.com, we guarantee that all products we sell are of the highest quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with his or her purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. If you need to return a SlipMeOff.com product, please refer to the following information:

Return Policy
• All returns must be pre-notified. Prior to returning any defective or unwanted products please email Info@SlipMeOff.com with Return or Exchange in the subject line; please include your order ID number, name and address and a brief explanation for the reason of your return. Alternatively, you may call us toll free 800-605-1793 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST prior to sending the product back.
• All items must be returned within 30 days of sales invoice date for refund, exchange or credit. All returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will, based upon situation and/or your preference, either replace the item free of charge (for defective products) or provide store credit in the amount of your original purchase (excluding shipping and handling).
• Once notified, we will send you complete instructions on how to return your package including your Return Authorization Number. Please be aware that we cannot accept return merchandise that arrives without an RA number on the outside of the package.
• Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise.
• Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products). In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
• For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
• Please, obtain a tracking number from a shipping carrier when sending a return. We are not responsible for returns lost on the way to us.
• Returned items will not be accepted as exchangeable if they are worn/used, damaged, altered, or soiled. Per Florida state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. Unwanted oils and lubricants won't be accepted for return. All Novelty sales are final unless item is defective.
• We never resell returned merchandise.

Returning of Defective/Incorrectly Shipped Items
Items are subject to our Return Policy and the following:
• Shipping charges will be refunded after we have received and verified the condition of the product for malfunction items.
• Incorrect items won't be accepted if their packaging is open or item is used.
• Replacement Items for malfunction exchange will be shipped out via Standard service at no extra charge. If the original item is no longer available or is out of stock we will replace it with an item or equal or greater value.

Returning DVDs & Cds
Items are subject to our Return Policy and the following:
• Due to the ease of duplication, DVDs & CDs are returnable only if the seal is unbroken.
• You may return unopened DVDs & CDs for up to 30 days after sales invoice date. In exchange, you will receive either refund in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value.
• We can only accept opened DVDs & CDs for return if they were defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video free of charge or refund your credit card.
